Flyby Leads is a service of AppStack LLC, based in Miami, Florida. We sell one thing: a list of nearby homes with visible, unrepaired roof damage, each with an aerial photo, so that roofers and public adjusters can decide where to spend their day.

What we actually sell
Property information, drawn from aerial photography and public property records. Every address we sell has been looked at by a person before it is listed. We do not sell homeowner names, phone numbers or email addresses, and we are not a call centre: nobody is contacting the homeowner on your behalf.

We are not an inspector and we are not an appointment-setting service. An address from us is a pointer to go look. Whether the roof is worth your time, and what you say to the owner, is your call and your responsibility.
