A shared address is sold to a small, capped number of businesses in the same trade, and we show you how many have already taken it before you buy. An exclusive address is sold once, to you, and is offered only while nobody has taken it yet.

Trades do not compete for exclusivity
Roofers and public adjusters are separate lists. A roofer buying an address exclusively has no effect on what an adjuster can buy, and the other way round.

Each address is a pointer to go look, not an inspection report, so please read the detail on the tile before you buy. If an address you picked is taken by someone else in the seconds before your payment lands, we substitute the next best available address of the same kind nearby, automatically.
