What we record when you visit
Which pages of your private link were opened and when, which addresses you looked at or selected, your browser type, the page that referred you, and a one-way scrambled form of your IP address. We keep the scrambled form so we can count visitors without storing the address itself. Our emails contain a small image that tells us an email was opened; many mail providers load it automatically, so it is a rough signal at best.

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe, and replying with the word stop works too. We act on it immediately and keep your address on a permanent suppression list so it is not contacted again.

The property data we sell comes from public property records and aerial photography. It describes buildings, not people: we do not collect or sell homeowner names, telephone numbers or email addresses.
