Flyby LeadsClaim leads for public adjusters

A tarp on the roof is a claim that has not been settled

We find homes with unrepaired, visible roof damage and hand you the address, with a photo, usually before the claim has been worked.

How it works

  1. You get an email with one address near your office, free, with an aerial photo of the roof.
  2. Your private page lists every other tarped roof within 15 km of your office, with photos, distance and building details.
  3. Buy the ones you want: shared with at most 2 other adjusters, or exclusive so no other adjuster gets it from us.
  4. Download the addresses and photos and start your outreach.

Why it works

Unrepaired damage, months later
A tarp that is still up means the homeowner has not been made whole: a claim that was underpaid, denied, or never filed.
Qualify before you knock
Each address comes with an aerial photo, the tarp size, the building type and the year built. Older homes with large tarps are where the money is.
Exclusive means exclusive
Shared leads are capped at 3 adjusters. An exclusive lead goes to you and no other adjuster, ever. Roofers are a separate list and never affect your exclusivity.

Questions

How current are the addresses?
They come from a recent aerial view of your area, and we drop an address once the tarp is gone. Each one is a pointer to go look, not an inspection, so confirm on site.
Who else gets the same address?
A shared lead goes to at most 3 adjusters, you included, and we show you how many have already bought it. An exclusive lead goes to you alone.
What exactly do I get?
Street address, city and ZIP, folio number, building type, year built, approximate tarp size, an aerial photo, and a map link. No owner names or phone numbers, and no policy or claim information: this is property data only.
What about solicitation rules?
You are responsible for following Florida's rules on public adjuster solicitation, including the timing limits after a storm. We supply property information; how and when you contact a homeowner is up to you.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. If an address you paid for is claimed by someone else in the seconds before your payment lands, we swap in the next best available lead of the same kind automatically.
