What you are buying
A licence to use property information we supply: a street address, city, ZIP, county folio number, building type, year built, an approximate measure of the visible roof damage, and an aerial photograph. You are not buying an inspection, a survey, an appointment, an introduction, or any assurance that work will follow.

Accuracy, and its limits
Every address we sell has been reviewed by a person before listing. Even so, a photograph shows one moment in time: a roof may already have been repaired, a property may be vacant, and records may be out of date. You agree to confirm the condition of any property on site before you quote, advise, or rely on it.

Because you receive the address and photograph immediately on payment, purchases are not refundable, returnable or creditable. If an address you selected becomes unavailable in the moments before your payment settles, we will substitute the next best available address of the same kind near you.
